Polyus Aldan Continues Operations Despite -40°C Temperatures

Polyus Aldan continues its gold mining operations in Nizhny Kuranakh amid extreme frosts reaching -40°C. Management, represented by quarry supervisor Ilya Sivtsev, confirmed that halting the technological cycle is not planned. Alongside continuous extraction at the gold recovery plant and quarry, the company is constructing new crushing installations. This initiative aims to enhance the efficiency of existing mining equipment, indicating investments in modernizing production capacity to maintain and increase extraction volumes under challenging climatic conditions.
