Tsinghua University Achieves Multiple Awards in 2025 National Science and Technology Awards

Tsinghua University secured 19 awards in the 2025 National Science and Technology Awards, including 2 National Natural Science Awards, 4 Technology Invention Awards, and 13 Science and Technology Progress Awards. Among these, 7 were obtained with Tsinghua faculty or the university as the primary completing unit, highlighting China's research breakthroughs and innovation capabilities in high-end chips and electronic materials.
