During the 2026 National Two Sessions, Zhou Hongyi, a member of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) and founder of 360 Group, put forward several proposals regarding the development of the artificial intelligence industry. He particularly emphasized optimizing the layout of inference computing power to drive intelligent agent technology from concept to practical application. The core of his proposals lies in accelerating the implementation of the 'AI Plus' initiative through a dual-drive approach of technological inclusivity and talent cultivation. Simultaneously, he advocated for promoting the application of secure intelligent agents to serve national security strategy. Zhou Hongyi believes these measures will help China occupy a more significant position in the global artificial intelligence field.
