Russia Unveils AI Accelerator LinQ HX

Russia has introduced its first domestically developed neural network accelerator, the LinQ HX, designed for embedded systems. The module can perform 30 trillion operations per second and operates locally, which is critical for autonomous AI applications. The development aims to reduce dependence on imported components in the AI hardware segment.
