Renewable Energy Sources Account for About 1% in Russia, but Competitiveness Is Maintained

The share of renewable energy sources (RES) in Russia's energy balance is about 1%, which is a low figure. Despite this, the country maintains the competitiveness of its energy projects. During the discussion of the "Green Energy Corridor," it was noted that Russia does not participate in the project to transport energy from Central Asia to Europe, which bypasses its territory.
