Expert Claims US Has Hidden Objective in Iran Conflict

Russian military expert Alexander Perendzhiyev stated that the US operation against Iran has a hidden objective: confronting Russia and China by establishing control over the Heartland (the central region) of Eurasia and key transport corridors. In his view, the US aims to disrupt the development of the International North–South Transport Corridor, which connects Russia and Iran, as well as the Trans-Caspian route from China through Kazakhstan to Europe. According to the analysis, these actions represent a form of economic pressure on Russia within the broader context of geopolitical confrontation.
