Internet Companies Release Over 200,000 Jobs, Demand for AI+ Talent Rises

On July 2, data from the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security showed that a month-long online recruitment campaign for internet companies has been launched, with over 5,000 internet companies releasing more than 200,000 job openings, and the proportion of AI-related positions continuing to rise. Tencent has released recruitment needs for over 8,000 people, covering technical research positions such as AI algorithms and high-performance computing; ByteDance is offering approximately 7,000 positions, covering cutting-edge technology fields such as large model applications and AI search.
