LUKOIL signs agreement to develop fields in Western Siberia

Russian oil and gas company PJSC LUKOIL has concluded a long-term agreement with state authorities for the development of several oil and gas fields in Western Siberia. The project involves significant investments exceeding $2 billion USD.
